Amor pa Otrobanda
La Entrada
by Johanna Franco Zapata & Duvan Duran
The mural is called the Appetizer and is located behind a cruise terminal. Marvi Johanna Franco Zapata worked on the project in 2018! This Baby is located in Otrobanda, at the beginning of Hoogstraat, behind the cruise terminal. This mural was commissioned by Kurt Schoop, organizer of the Kaya Kaya Street Party and Casas Vivas. The goal of all these events are meant to improve the neighborhood’s vibe and aesthetics.
For this project Marvi Johanna Franco Zapata collaborated with my friend and fellow artist Duran Duvan(the father of the angels). They worked very hard to finish this beauty in 6 days so that it would be done in time for the event and so we did!
About Johanna Franco Zapata & Duvan Duran
